Welcome to The Social Hub's Newsletter and Marketing Communication Subscription Program! Please take a moment to review the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and usage of discount codes as part of our Welcome Journey.


  1. Eligibility:
    • Users can use their discount code on the website while making a hotel booking (does not apply to any ‘room with breakfast’ options).
    • The discount code will be valid for a period of time between 1 or 2 months. This duration does not start upon the code being issued to the user, and the expiration date will be indicated to the user via email.
    • The discount is only applicable on refundable rates
    • Different discount codes will be issued based on subscription types:
      • Users receive a 10% discount for a standard subscription (when the user provide only his first name, last name and email address to TSH) to our marketing communications.
      • Users receive a 15% discount for a subscription with additional preferences (preferred destination, local community of preference and product of interest) during the submission of the sign up form. The subscriber can also give those information at a latter stage during his journey in our Welcome email flow and will be issue a new promo code of 15% discount.
      • Users may receive a 5% discount code for preferences (as mentioned before) if they subscribed through a different campaign or medium.

  2. Usage:
    • To use the discount codes, eligible subscribers must:
      • Use the discount only on hotel products.
      • Have subscribed to The Social Hub's marketing communications.
    • Subscribers who complete all the above steps within the promotional period can use their discount code on any hotel product of their choice.

  3. The promo code:
    • The discount code will be sent to the email address provided during the account registration process.
    • The promo code is valid for one (1) booking.
    • The promo code is not transferable to a friend.

    4. By participating in our Welcome Journey and accepting these terms, the user acknowledge and agree to comply with the stated conditions.
